Please be aware that by using our website you are agreeing to all of our terms and conditions. We may change these at any time so please come back and review these from time to time.

How long will my order take?

We aim to make and send our orders out within 5 working days. Please be aware that during busy periods (Christmas, Fathers Day, Mothers Day etc) orders may take up to 10 working days before being sent out for delivery.

How much is postage and packaging?

We offer 1st class and 2nd class tracked delivery. You can select which option you would prefer at the checkout.

Can I return my order?

If you are not completely satisfied with your item, then please get in touch with us via email to let us know what the problem is and we will do our best to solve it.

We are happy to offer a full refund if your item is faulty. We just ask that you get in touch within 14 days of receiving your goods.

However, we do not accept returns on personalised items unless there is a spelling mistake on our behalf.

We will embroider exactly what you ask for, so please make sure everything is spelt correctly.

I ordered my item over 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived yet?

If this is the case, then please get in touch with us quoting your order number and we will look into this as a matter of urgency.  If an item has been sent and it hasn't arrived, The Royal Mail suggest that a period of time must pass until the item is 'lost' If after this time the item still has not been delivered, a replacement will be made and sent. In no circumstances will refunds be given for undelivered items. Proof of postage is always obtained at the time of posting.

Are all your items suitable from birth?

The majority of our items are suitable for children from birth. We always state if the item is unsuitable for a certain age. The packaging that we use can sometimes include ribbons and cellophane bags. Please be aware that children must be supervised if unwrapping the gift themselves. Harrabellas cannot take any responsibility for any accidents caused. 

How do I pay for my order?

Our website is set up with a secure payment gateway for debit & credit card and PayPal. All of our prices are in pound sterling and postage is optional at the checkout.
